Biography: Donald Strombom, Director and President IDBC, LLC
Dr. Donald Strombom founded IDBC in 1987 after a 19-year career at the World
Bank. Of those 19 years, the last six were spent as Chief of Procurement, where
he was responsible for formulating and administering the policies and
regulations governing the contracting for all goods, works and services in
Bank-financed projects in developing countries.
These same policies developed by Dr. Strombom have since been adopted virtually intact by all multilateral development banks.
