Rolando Arrivillaga (Full Bio) is an economist with extensive experience in structural reform, financial sector reform, an development credit. Prior to his retirement from the World Bank in 1999, he was a Manager in the Co financing and Trust Fund Department. He has in depth country experience in Asia and Latin America, serving as Chief of the World Bank's Resident Missions in Bolivia and the Philippines.

Tomás J. Baliño (Full Bio) is an economist with extensive experience in monetary and financial sector issues. After a career in central banking in Argentina, he joined the International Monetary Fund, where he worked in a number of countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America, rising to the position of deputy director of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department.

Anthony Elson (Full Bio) has extensive knowledge of the economies of East Asia and Latin America through a number of senior positions with the International Monetary Fund. He has also been an economic consultant with the World Bank, and has taught at Johns Hopkins and Duke Universities.

Vinod K. Goel (Full Bio) is a former World Bank official is a leading expert on Knowledge Economy and Innovation systems as well as Private and Financial sector issues. During his long career with the World Bank, he has managed a variety of policy and operational projects in a number of countries. He has strong experience involving public and private institutions and has worked closely with the senior government officials, financial institutions and public and private sector. He has worldwide experience in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. He is Head of the Global Knowledge and Innovation Practice.

Tariq Husain (Full Bio) has multi-sectoral professional expertise with a proven ability to combine these perspectives into practical strategies. Besides his work for the Centennial Group, he is also Senior Adviser to Pakistan's Minister of Planning and advisor to the chairman of Pakistan's National Revenue Service.

Claudio Loser (Full Bio) is a well known authority on Latin American economics and institutions. He was director of the Western Hemisphere Department in the International Monetary Fund, which covers 34 member countries from North, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

Khaja Moinuddin (Full Bio) has extensive experience in public financial governance, public policy management, and development of public-private partnerships. After serving in several senior positions in the Government of India, he joined the Asian Development Bank, rising to the position of Director General.

Massimo Russo (Full Bio) is a prominent economist and authority on European Economies and the European Union. He was formally the head of IMF's European operations and the Director General of the European Commission.
